Obvio es renewed no esperes q la estética sea de 10 pero si alcanza el 9 pantalla y parte posterior 10 sin rayones la orilla obvio es la que tiene pekeños detallitos pero todo perfecto!! La verdad contenta funciona al 100Tenía un 11 pro normal pero quería la pantalla más grande! Pero no pienso gastar una millonada en el nuevo 12 es una estafa por eso decidí comprar el 11proMax y me gusto mucho!!Cámaras bocinas todooooo!! Le funciona bien!!Lo usaré y después les actualizo espero que no presente fallas!!No trae caja original no trae audífonos y el cargador es genérico pero es de 2.1 y compatible se agradece!! No llegó en la caja original, no contenia cable ni cargador originales, eran unos compatibles.La pantalla se veia bastante bien, sin rayones, pero en los laterales si tenia bastantes tallones y golpes. Update: the seller of this phone is truly dismal as far as warranty goes. They refused all contact, did not offer any customer support or anything to help fix my phone, not even a new screen protector! The return date has passed and I regret not returning it. It was a desperate purchase and I cannot recommend this phone to anyone. The warranty is non-existent, customer support also, non-existent. Changing to 1 starThe phone works and I REALLY needed a phone, so I kept it. It seems like the prices keep going up! But, I was under the impression that the phone was completely refurbished and ‘like new’ condition.It came with two noticeable cracks at the top of the screen, fortunately they don’t effect most of the screen and they don’t go across the camera.The battery doesn’t charge past 54% even when I use it plugged in, it just doesn’t work.It worries me a lot for how long my phone will work for the future and it’s extremely disappointing.If I had any choice I would not have kept it but my old iPhone had died and I was desperate. It had a few problems connecting but it worked and once it connected, all my pics and vids, contacts etc came back (yay!).I contacted the company, they asked for pics of all the sides of the phone (which was kind of weird) but then they never replied back.It was very disappointing and a real lapse of customer service. They definitely don’t offer any assistance with warranty or advice about what to do with product problems.It was quite the dropped ball and if you have an option for another phone, go for that one. I don’t have any confidence in how long this one will last and zero confidence in their ability to refurbish or honor their warranties.

Había tenido un poco de problema con la señal de Telcel pero se solucionó sólo (quien sabe cómo). El problema fue que una semana después la pantalla se puso verde, después se quitó y sentí alivio, pero volvió a ponerse en verde y así estuvo iba y venía el verde. Me había gustado mucho pero tuve que devolverlo. Afortunadamente pude borrar mis datos. Estoy en espera del reembolso. He comprado otros y nunca me había pasado esto de la pantalla verde.

Or maybe my fourth. I need an unlocked Iphone so I always buy the refurb version of the phone I need. Usually one version down from the current latest and greatest Apple offers. In this case I want the 12 Pro Max. It came in a non apple box with a charger. The battery charges to 100 percent and it functions well in all other regards. It looks new. No dings scratches or wear marks. I am happy with it. If I had another option for an unlocked Iphone I would investigate it, but this seems to be the only place (Amazon) where this ia n ample selection of them.

I am really happy with this product. I was a little worried it wasn’t going to be like described but it is EXACTLY how it is described and I love it. No scratches or dents or anything and it even came with film on both sides of the phone and battery health is almost perfect, it’s 97%. It’s a great phone so far no cracks and no breaks. The one I got was matte gold color and it has an amazing camera quality. I’ve had it for almost 6 months and the battery life is still at 100 in my settings. The only thing I have issues some times is the 5g, it glitches depending on where I’m at but it’s still on beta so that’s expected. Overall it’s my favorite iPhone.

Works like it’s brand new, I will admit it’s pretty expensive but it works really, really well. It’s super fast! My battery life came in at 100% which is fricken amazing! I just put my chip in and I was done! It’s really nice and a very big phone. I just came for the iPhone XR so getting used to the size was definitely a challenge haha. The phone it’s self came in a generic white box with a generic phone cable and brick. I’m not using those instead I’m using my charger that I got with my AirPods pro. I hope you enjoy this review!

It seems like a pretty functional phone.. appears to work well in most capacities other than the battery, which is right off the bat draining very quickly with very mild usage. (Was assured to be at 90+%)(the last refurbished iPhone I bought came at 98% and after 2 years of usage is at 92%) So it’s a bit of a bummer because I’m just going to have to get the battery replaced soon. I honestly might just exchange the phone soon, just throughout writing this review the battery has drained 7%…. That is terrible in my opinion.

So this is my first experience with Amazon’s renewed premium program where you pay between $50-$100 more than the renewed price but for that you get an item whose battery is at least at 90% capacity relative to a new one and instead of a 90 day warranty you get a year warranty and a year to return the item. For less than $100 I thought that was definitely worth it. However the first iPhone 12 pro they sent me had a battery that was at 85% capacity which really pissed me off because I felt cheated so I returned it and purchased it again and I’m glad I did because the 2nd ones battery was at 100% capacity and for all intents and purposes it was a brand new phone at a used price. Granted it’s still really expensive it was $900 before tax but I got this to be future proof at least for the next several years. This is my first iPhone before I was all android phones but it seemed like every year I was having to buy another phone because something out of my control always happened but my parents still had their iPhone 8 that they bought new and it was still working perfectly. I haven’t had this phone for more than a few days but so far I’m very impressed with it. The facial recognition capabilities are so good. My phone can recognize me when I’m in a dark room whereas my Samsung tablet can’t recognize my face without all the lights on. One feature this phone doesn’t have that really surprised me was that there is no built in fingerprint scanner and I think that was a mistake on apple’s part. The battery is supposed to only last 21 hours but a full charge is lasting me a little over 2 days. The screen is gorgeous is it HDR Dolby Vision and HLG compatible and not even my 4k tv supports all of those so it makes streaming look brilliant. You can see every detail even though the screen is 6.7inches. it seems like everyday I’m finding out a new function that this phone has granted a lot them I’ll never use because I don’t use my phone that way but it’s cool to know that if I wanted to I could if I so choosed. I guess I’ll stop my review here because you get the gist and I hate it when people on Amazon beat a dead horse and I don’t want to be one of those so Amazon renewed premium is a worthwhile program and the iPhone 12 pro max is an awesome phone that’s worth the investment.

The received 13 Pro Max looked unused or open box new with no scratches and a 100% battery. Except for the packaging, my purchase matches the quality of any refurbished iPhone from the Apple Store. Also, skip the maybe ~$100 less scratched-up “refurbished” items on eBay with > half perished batteries.

When trying to activate the phone, I went to my carriers local store and tried to have the store person install my SIM card for me since my previous phone was destroyed. Once I arrived to the store, the store person starts to explain that when my sim is inserted that the phone’s sim was locked to a carrier. That confused me cause i clearly bought an unlocked phone so I reached out to customer service. At first, they didn’t even address the fact that I couldn’t activate the phone cause even when I clicked on the carrier locked option in the settings, it said that I had to contact the cell phone provider since it was locked to a carrier. They even tried to send a link to me to try to contact them from a different website when we already had an amazon chat opened ?? Definitely got frustrated before customer service finally got back to me & showed how the phone sent was compatible for my cell provider by checking the IMEI in the settings. Thankfully the phone is finally working!

Quick Note: The test report screenshot shows three failed items. That’s only due to me not having headphones to test at the time as well as the SIM card. I’ve a screenshot of speed test working on T-Mobile network LTE. So it works fine.Initially I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max for my mother, 64GB version. Unfortunately, the ear piece wasn’t working and contacted the seller via Amazon message center. I had to send the phone back in order to complete the replacement.They provided the 2-day shipping label (sent out on Saturday, arrived there Monday). They kept in pretty close contact with me and that was good. They shipped Tuesday and received Thursday morning. So there’s very little delay in getting the replacement.Diagnostics checked out (see screenshots). The Earpiece tests that failed were due to me not having a headphone to try it on at the time. But I’m assuming it works and will edit if that changes.The condition of the phone is near new! No blemishes on the body and screen looks really clean. There was very minute permanent lines in the screen that looked like smudges, but they with the sceen on, you don’t notice it at all. PLUS they gave us a couple acrylic screen protectors, so that was a major plus!The BONUS (at least for me)!It turned out to be a blessing in disguise for me, because they ended up upgrading me to the 256GB model free (initially 64GB model). My mom didn’t understand what that meant, and I pretty much explained that she can download apps and take photos to her hearts desire LOL.It’s a phone for mom, and she’s coming from a Samsung A21 phone that had performance issues and wifi problems. Kept saying there’s no internet and reboots in safemode. I wanted simplicity with Face-ID (which also works) that pretty much takes care of itself, and iOS delivers on that.So ya, experienced issues. All devices will have a defect one way or the other (or none). You just need to contact their support and work with them before submitting your review. It annoys me when someone says “It’s defective” with no resolution comments of what they ended up doing.If I need another replacement phone, I’ll definitely do business with them again.

Was a bit skeptical purchasing a refurbished item, as I have had problems in the past. Since I needed a larger sized phone, due to visual impairment, I opted to try a refurbed product again and kept my fingers crossed that it wouldn’t disappoint. I am so very happy that I gave it another try. The ipnone 12 pro max showed up in a structurally sound package, looked brand new, and had an excellent battery percentage at 97%. My only complaint is that even though for listening to music and watching videos the sound is excellent, for notifications and incoming call notification, the volume is extremely low, even though in settings everything is set correctly and sound is set to max. Other than that, I am a very happy customer.

The listing for these phones guarantees at least more than 80% but this was much better.As any used phone, it should have knicks and dents and mine only had a small scratch on an edge (presumably because previous owner drop it without a case on) and it came with a tempered glass on!!!!

This is my first iPhone bought by myself i worked for it and ummm I’m not going to lie I mean to purchase the Pro Max BUT I accidentally bought the Pro only so yup there it is But I must say the phone is still amazing and looks so nice like if I would’ve bought it from the apple store it had 100% battery life is 512GB that’s so good to have that much space to install how many games or videos I’d like and still have a toon of space overall I totally recommend this phone to anybody and it’s a great start before you get to the 13 Pro or Pro max because you don’t value stuff if you didn’t have something worse or less valuable before that definitely worth every penny.

I have this 4 stars because although the phone was on very good condition. When unboxing it comes with a very sticky protective sheet on top of the screen. Upon removing the sheet unlike appleLeaves a sticky film covering the entire screen. Water or little soap alone was not able to remove this film.My husband had to use an adhesive remover a few time to completely remove the film.

My only complaint was it came with a vinyl screen protector that was poorly installed. It was peeling off when I got it do just removed it. Replaced my failing 8+ and is a nice upgrade!

Todo bien pero una de las salidas de sonido ya no se escucha y por lo que vi a la mayoría le tocó la condición de la batería mayor a 95% y eso que compre la versión renovada en excelente estado… es recomendable comprar l versión en medio y no la excelente porque no le veo diferencia… puedo regresarlo hasta noviembre ahí veo que tal va x 1 mes pero por el momento todo bien…

Recibí un equipo con varios golpes en el marco metálico, también tiene un rayón muy profundo en la parte trasera, justo en el logo Apple, la batería llegó con 88% de vida útil. Debido a los detalles estéticos regresaré el equipo, pensaré si volver a pedirlo esperando tener más suerte en la estética del teléfono recibido.

Bought the excellent condition 12 pro max knowing it may have some slight wear. Upon opening the packaging and inspecting the phone I was unable to find a single scuff or ding anywhere on the phone. It also came with a pre-installed screen protector from the refurbisher. I had no issue setting the phone up with my carrier. Highly recommend.

I have been buying Amazon refurbished devices for years and have always gotten great products. This phone was no exception. The time the phone shipped to me was super short. It did make me nervous when the phone didn’t come in the Apple box, the phone was in mint condition. I also loved that there were screen protectors on the phone and a charger with the box. I have been putting this phone through the ringer and it is still great. Overall I would totally recommend getting this phone and I love mine.

I’m a little annoyed that the price dropped from $696 to $629 a couple days after ordering but I guess my timing was off with the 14 coming out. Battery health is at 90% but otherwise the phone is like new. Camera is such a step up from my XR! Definitely faster and I have better signal with the 5G. Happy with my purchase just wish I got a better deal. Comes with an extra charger which is nice because Apple does not include chargers anymore.
