El celular en si venía perfecto, ni una muestra de que fue utilizado y todo muy bien, sin embargo al momento de usar la cámara, esta se tarda mucho en abrir y esto no pasa con ningún otra aplicación mas que esta, todo lo demás súper bien y estoy feliz con la compra

compre el Apple iPhone X Plata 64 GB (Renewed) al vendedor/tienda BuySPRY el 17/feb/20el teléfono es 100% original, es de segunda mano pero parece nuevo, almeno el mio llego muy bien protegido y en excelente estado(ni un golpe o rayón) asta con plástico protector y en una caja café de amazon.el producto llego antes de lo esperado.la caja y los accesorios son genéricos(enchufe,cable usb, no incluye audífonos) , pero creo que lo que importa es el teléfono, viene desbloqueado para cualquier compañía telefónica.estoy muy satisfecho con la compra, recomiendo al Vendedor/Tienda-BuySPRY para adquirir este teléfono no tuve ni un problema.

Llegó muy rápido. Hice la compra el miércoles 19 de agosto de 2020 y me llegó el viernes 21; eso es rápido para mí, ya que mi rancho es manejado como foráneo por las paqueterías y pues a veces sí tardan en entregar, así que estoy acostumbrada a esperar.El teléfono llegó muy bien, en caja genérica, con cargador y cable genéricos, tal y como se especifica en la publicación (hay que leer bien para luego no quejarse de que no trae el cargador original…). La estética de 9.9, solo un par de raspones leves, casi imperceptibles. Al parecer le cambiaron la cámara trasera, pero ésta funciona excelente, las fotos salen muy bien. La salud de la batería está al 83%. Lo compré con BuySPRY.Actualización final 08/08/2021:Hago un resumen de mi experiencia con este iPhone a casi 1 año de haberlo adquirido.A día de hoy el teléfono me sigue funcionando bien, no tengo queja, trabaja con Telcel y AT&T sin problema, recibe las actualizaciones igual sin problema, contando con la última versión hasta la fecha (iOS 14.7.1). La condición de la batería sigue en 83%, aunque sí he notado que le dura menos la carga que hace un tiempo, y de repente se llega a calentar, no le doy un uso pesado ya que solo lo ocupo como equipo secundario, para el trabajo, redes sociales, y multimedia principalmente, pero vivo en una zona muy calurosa y según entiendo eso también afecta la batería; me llega al final del día sin problema.De estética había comentado cuando recién lo compré que se veía impecable, y sí, solo presenta unos muy leves raspones en el borde, solo la pantalla está algo rayada, y de eso me percaté cuando por una caída se rompió la mica de cristal que ya traía instalada, pero eso no representa ningún problema para mí, los rayones son leves y pues es obvio que son por el uso, además yo siempre ando mis equipos con protección, funda y mica, y con estos puestos ni se notan esos “desperfectos”.En fin, me mantengo en lo dicho, me ha parecido una excelente compra, sigo muy satisfecha, y sí lo recomendaría pero siempre teniendo en cuenta que esto de adquirir equipos reacondicionados es un volado, además de que debemos estar conscientes de que no son equipos nuevos, por lo cual no estarán en perfectas condiciones, si queremos algo que sea nuevo pues hay que ahorrar para invertirle en algo mejorcito. Recomiendo también leer bien las especificaciones de las publicaciones, porque luego lee uno cada comentario…Por el precio que pagué estoy más que conforme, fueron $3,549 bien invertidos, y últimamente lo he llegado a ver aquí mismo en menos de 3 mil pesos, si en estos momentos contara con los recursos, sin duda volvería a adquirir un equipo de estos, pero tengo pensado hacerlo más adelante.Fue MUCHO TEXTO, pero tal vez a alguien le sirva 🙂

Llego en tiempo y forma!! Se ve mono!! Obvio es renewed no esperes q la estética sea de 10 pero si alcanza el 9 pantalla y parte posterior 10 sin rayones la orilla obvio es la que tiene pekeños detallitos pero todo perfecto!! La verdad contenta funciona al 100Tenía un 11 pro normal pero quería la pantalla más grande! Pero no pienso gastar una millonada en el nuevo 12 es una estafa por eso decidí comprar el 11proMax y me gusto mucho!!Cámaras bocinas todooooo!! Le funciona bien!!Lo usaré y después les actualizo espero que no presente fallas!!No trae caja original no trae audífonos y el cargador es genérico pero es de 2.1 y compatible se agradece!! Al comprar un reacondicionado esperaba aunque fuera una mínima marca de uso y ahora que recojo el teléfono me llevé una sorpresa: está NUEVO. No tiene una sola marca de uso, literal nada. La batería viene al 100% de la salud. La herramienta U3 le da un score de 100 ya que no tiene NI UNA SOLA PIEZA CAMBIADA. De hecho, indica que sólo se ha cargado en 9 ocasiones (de las cuales 2 son mías). El vendedor fue BuySPRY, por lo que busqué, es una empresa que se dedica a los renewed, recomendaría que hicieran la compra con el mismo.El cargador, tal como lo indica la publicación, no es el original pero sí está certificado.Feliz porque me ahorré $4,500 y al final terminé recibiendo un teléfono nuevo sólo que con otra caja.

Me dejé llevar completamente, pensé “es el mas caro de todos los renewed que que se venden en amazon, Debe estar en muchísimas mejores condiciones. Que error!Efectivamente llegó con buena presentación, y una estética impecable.Se trataba de un regalo, no saben la vergüenza cuando se encendió por primera vez y ni siquiera se pudo hacer la configuración de inicio por que el touch no funcionaba en gran parte de la pantalla.Tuve que regresarlo.

Siempre que cambio de iPhone los compro reacondicionados ya que hasta ahora había tenido muy buenas experiencias y al final me ahorro bastante dinero, con este equipo todo hubiera estado perfecto de no ser porque traia una pequeña raya en la pantalla la cual trataron de ocultar poniéndole un Glass encima, aun así se aprecia a contraluz, no afecta la función por eso no vi la necesidad de regresarlo, pero tengan en cuenta que es lo que se exponen con estos equipos. Hasta ahora 4 meses de uso y funciona excelente.

Really great experience! I was completely sold by the storage space and sale price. Phone is in pretty great condition — there are a couple minor scratches on the screen, but it’s not easily noticeable and an insignificant detail as compared to the overall value. Set-up was a total breeze, and the easiest I’ve ever had to set-up a phone, so the value in that alone is huge. Everything got transferred over — settings, apps, data within the apps, etc. It came with a screen protector already applied, a generic charging cord + plug, and no headphones — but I already had chargers, and headphones from my previous phone. Really happy on day 1, and hope it stays this way! Would totally recommend.

Update: the seller of this phone is truly dismal as far as warranty goes. They refused all contact, did not offer any customer support or anything to help fix my phone, not even a new screen protector! The return date has passed and I regret not returning it. It was a desperate purchase and I cannot recommend this phone to anyone. The warranty is non-existent, customer support also, non-existent. Changing to 1 starThe phone works and I REALLY needed a phone, so I kept it. It seems like the prices keep going up! But, I was under the impression that the phone was completely refurbished and ‘like new’ condition.It came with two noticeable cracks at the top of the screen, fortunately they don’t effect most of the screen and they don’t go across the camera.The battery doesn’t charge past 54% even when I use it plugged in, it just doesn’t work.It worries me a lot for how long my phone will work for the future and it’s extremely disappointing.If I had any choice I would not have kept it but my old iPhone had died and I was desperate. It had a few problems connecting but it worked and once it connected, all my pics and vids, contacts etc came back (yay!).I contacted the company, they asked for pics of all the sides of the phone (which was kind of weird) but then they never replied back.It was very disappointing and a real lapse of customer service. They definitely don’t offer any assistance with warranty or advice about what to do with product problems.It was quite the dropped ball and if you have an option for another phone, go for that one. I don’t have any confidence in how long this one will last and zero confidence in their ability to refurbish or honor their warranties.

My phone company said the phone was from somewhere out of the states and couldn’t be activated. I then noticed the writing on the underside of the box lid was in German. I returned it, had a replacement sent, and received another phone that couldn’t be activated and had the same German writing on the box. I returned that one too, spent an extra $100, and just bought a new phone.

Because of this, I called Apple Support (I have an account) to help evaluate the phone and assist with the configuration and pairing to my existing Apple accounts. The TSR connected with the iPhone XS Max and diagnosed that there were issues with the display module and (possibly) the antenna. The inability of the phone to recognize most nearby Bluetooth devices was thought to be the caused by the antenna issue. The Apple TSR suggested I return the phone. At this point, I had the phone for approximately 6 hours.Disappointed (I needed the phone and had already purchased another $65 of accessories), I agreed with the Apple TSR and she helped me annotate the precise reasons for her diagnosis. My next step was to contact Amazon, for the promised Premium Support, to describe the issues.2 – Warranty and Related Seller AssurancesI contacted the main Amazon Prime number and described the issues (At this point, I was in possession of the phone for less than 20 hours). I was transferred to another department that handled Amazon Renewed Premium matters.Rep 1 – after describing the issues to the Rep and the Apple diagnosis, the Rep agreed with the Apple TSR and suggested I return the phone. I opted to have the purchase price refunded to me (to have some time to consider my next purchase options and availability). The Amazon Renewed Premium Rep told me it could take up to 180 days for a refund! I asked to speak with a Supervisor.Supervisor – agreed the phone should be returned and stated that the return policy allowed up to 180 days but said that 25 days after they received the unit was more normal. She also stated that I had to pay for the shipping from Mexico back to the US (which has not been not normal for amazon.com returns from Mexico since 2015). Is this a new “standard return policy”? Why was it not clearly described on the website, they knew where it was going?I paid extra for the Amazon Renewed Premium phone and the assurances that I would be fully satisfied. When I made the purchase, that assurance gave me a “warm fuzzy feeling” and the confidence to complete the purchase of the phone.3 – Customer Service (pre & post purchase)Pre-Purchase: Went smoothly. I read all of the materials, decided on the higher costs Amazon Renewed Premium version and paid for it. The order was placed on 11 May and it was received at my home in Cuernavaca, Mexico on 15 May. I paid USD 525.70 ($429.00 – phone, $8.24 – shipping & handling and $88.46 for the import fees deposit). Please note the cost of shipping.Post-Purchase: Not a good experience. Details can be provided, upon request. To make a long story short, the refund and return process was an unexpected shock. The hardware/phone is defective and I promptly reported it. There was no reason for the sub-par treatment of the return. I offered to pay for the return but asked Amazon to arrange it through their low-cost contract rates – they refused. My cost for the return (via DHL) would be USD 95.35 and a 3-hour round trip drive to the nearest DHL office. Since 2015, I have not been asked to pay for the return of a defective device. Even DHL (the contract RMA carrier for Amazon) was surprised that I had to pay, and they handle Amazon returns every day.4 – Overall Value of the iPhone PurchaseI securely packed the iPhone XS Max to assure it would arrive safely, and sent it via DHL at a cost of USD 95.35. That now brings the cost of this phone to $621.05.Despite the claims that Amazon will reimburse me for shipping, I have been told by an Amazon Prime Rep that I can expect to be reimbursed no more than $20 for the return. If true, I will take at least a $73.35 loss on this purchase.I will not purchase another phone until I have received the full refund for this one. That means I will be without a phone for up to 180 days.Buying a renewed phone has not been the experience I was hoping for. Got phone out of case, all seemed fine, went through setup, and the phone is locked to another persons apple id. Can’t sign out of it, can’t restore it. Scummy practices.

No es la primera vez que compro iPhone Reacondicionado en Amazon, sin embargo es la primera vez que me toca un 10/10, batería al 100%, con Face ID que funciona perfecto, incluso con poca luz y usando mascarilla con lentes, muy rápido y con una belleza de diseño además de ser muy ligero. Hice un estudio previo a la compra asi que el iPhone llego como se supone que llegan todos los Renewed, la caja en perfectas condiciones y con lo prometido. El telefono SI tiene signos asi que le dare en estetica un 9/10 tiene 3 “picaduras” en los marcos y un muy pequeño raspon en el borde de la camara. La pantalla tiene muy pocos arañazos, nada que impida el uso de la pantalla ademas que el protector hace que se vea impoluto. La bateria llego en 90% y el cargador incluido es funcional a mas no poder, inclusive quise hacer la primer carga con un cargador rapido de Samsung y no quizo, solucion: usar el incluido generico. El software esta bien, la compatibilidad con la telefonica (Telcel) a la primera, 4G y 5G funcional, y todas las conexiones funcionales. En pocas palabras hice una prueba general que me llevo un dia y medio y nada fallo. La bateria no tiene problemas, la pantalla no tiene problemas, las camaras funcionan perfectamente. Creo que abriendo la mente a pensar que es un celular seminuevo te das cuenta que es una excelente compra y que te ahorraste un muy buen dinero.

I live this phone I got it for my birthday. I use it a lot and the battery is pretty good jus my one thing. The battery whould not charge to 100 percent only to 90 but that was after a year or so and it should be pretty easy to replace it or just go into a shop to have it replaced I highly recommend this product!

I haven’t gotten the phone in hand. Had it sent to my partner and he will bring it to me when he comes home. So this review is based on what I was told. Battery percentage was at 87% and screen was fine. No scratches no issues. I checked out the serial number and it was a legit iPhone. It was also fully unlocked. I received a sim card ejection tool, charger and the phone in the box. I am in love with the size and feel of this phone. I’ll update this review when I have it in my hand. The service was exceptional, however, the ups man just left it on the step so I was a little annoyed. I was scared to buy this phone at first, however it was worth it. The seller was refoned.

You don’t have to be a tech expert to just appreciate how good is this phone. Now I am the lucky owner of the best phone to date. Feels sturdy in hands, gives luxurious feeling whilst holding it. Quality of the screen, battery, sound, overall responsiveness is next level, no need to describe it here, you can find it on web reviews. But what I must say, my favorite feature so far is 10x optical zoom, it’s just outstanding, the images are top quality as for a mobile device, they are sharp and clean, pure pleasure to play around with this mode. Absolutely worth it!

Is expensive but I love the phone. Initially I thought it might be too big but you sure get used to it fast and then you wonder why you got such a small phone previously. Love it that it has face recognition, finger print and pin or patter locks. Can use finger print in the dark. Love the S pen. Didn’t think I will use it much but it is so useful especially for wefies! Great camera and battery life. Highly customizable. I just love the phone.

Received it in very good condition one month ago. Battery capacity showed 94% after initial setup but it dropped to 92% in a very short period after a battery calibration. A few days ago (less than 30 days usage), a message appeared on the battery app that the battery needed replacement service due to its significantly dropped performance. Went to a local Apple Store two days ago and had the battery replaced. It has worked perfectly since then. I would give a 5 star review if not for the short battery life.

The spouse needed a new iPhone to replace the old iPhone 6 SE Apple that won’t even update anymore. Years ago we replaced the battery on the old one and it was getting weak again, so it was way past time.I was glad the refurbished unit I received was exactly as described. The battery shows 88% life left, decently over the promised value. I saw minor scratches in the metal but nothing really noticeable. I ordered a case and glass screen protector and you can’t even tell it’s not brand new.The size of the phone is slightly taller and wider than the old 6 SE, so it seems familiar, but the face of the screen is MUCH larger, making it more usable. It works very similarly to the old phone, except for having no physical home button. The home gestures work easily and the setup had everything PLUS updates making all the old apps work, so the spouse was quite happy.I, too, was happy doing “tech support,” because Apple does all the heavy lifting. Just kick off a backup to iCloud on the old phone (in case something goes wrong). When the backup finishes, move the SIM card to the new phone and turn it on. Set the new phone next to the old one, and follow the prompts. The data comes across and much of the setup will be just as expected.I think if you’re getting an Apple phone, a recent model certified refurbished phone is a good way to save a bit of money.

My child loves it!! All her friends and cousin have phones so since she’s been asking. I thought, why not get her an unlocked phone, she’s a kid after all, not fully responsible. The phone was delivered earlier than expected, it looked new, however the battery life wasn’t the best. Also, while playing games on it, there’s no sound even if the volume was turned up all the way, which we thought it was weird, even after closing the app.

I gotta say I was surprised that the phone looked almost brand new, although the color around the camer were stripping off but that was no big deal because I bought camera lens protector to put around it so there was nothing to complain about. The battery health was at 85% which is very good for a good phone, everything worked fine and I am very pleased with my order. So if you’re having 2nd thoughts about buying from HYBRID IT, just buy it because this was a great buy. 😄👍

The phone arrived on time and I was very nervous to see what was inside because I had bought an IPhone 11 from “BuySPRY” (that phone came with screen issues, scratches just an awful experience from that seller).However I got the phone returned that decided to use “KANGA SUPPLY” instead. The phone was in perfect condition. It did not have any sign of previous use or any scratches. The battery life was at 88% which is ok for me.It didn’t came with the original box or the original accessories but came with a generic charger.Overall I was very pleased with the phone and I would highly recommend them.

Bought refurbished from Amazon, had reservations but all is working. Read MANY reviews and came to conclusion that this was the best choice for me. Many reviews said that buying up to the 12 or 13 model was overspending and not gaining much.This phone works great, enjoy the speed and all the other features not on previous phone.I did buy the extra 1 year guaranteed, I think is was an extra $60. but made me much more comfortable.

Been an android user for years. Switching to the iphone because I’m going overseas. When I opened the box I noticed the phone had some micro blemishes but nothing to get upset about. I was a little surprised that the phone was charged and ready to go out of the box. Nice! Single Sim; accepted my T-Mobile sim card–no issues. Battery Health was 88%! Pretty good but not as high as others mentioned. Overall, the phone works great! Totally satisfied. Going to purchase another one.

The media could not be loaded.  Just received it today and the screen cracking and this iis iphone 11 not 12 .

I did get mine in with the metal frame bent on the side which I was planning on returning for but other then that the phone was good. It is packaged alittle less secure then what I would hope for something with alittle more pricey cargo

The media could not be loaded.  I loved this phone the second I got my hands on it.At first I was terrified of purchasing it because of the bad reviews.People said they got cracked phones, malfunctioning ones and even fake ones.But finally, I mustered up the courage and bought it.It came fully functional and authentic, with all but one of the promised things.It came with a replaced battery that is not an apple supplied one.Because of that I’m unable to check the battery health, but I don’t mind.In the long run I think it’s better cuz I’m not stressing myself out over the number getting low.The battery on this XS Max is really good even though it’s not an apple product.It hold up for most of the day and as a slightly heavy user, I only find myself plugging it in to charge in the evening times or when i go to sleep.Moving on, it did come with a few scuff marks on the sides and top of the phone.I didn’t mind this one but because I had already planned to slap this powerhouse directly into a case as soon as I got it.I’m a notorious phone breaker so I had to for my sanity.And because of that, I don’t mind the scuffs for:1: The description did say the phone could have minor scuff marks that can’t be seen at arms length.and 2: I threw a case on the phone right as i got it so yea.Lastly. The screen was beautiful and untouched by any scratches.It even came with a screen protector preinstalled, thank God.But yea, all in all this was a great buy.9/10, would definitely recommend

I ordered an iPhone XS Max. The first one that came developed a line of dead pixels. Fortunately it was within the return window and I was given a new one. The replacement has been working excellent. I don’t notice a difference between a brand new iPhone and this iPhone. Battery life exceeded my expectations.

The phone is great! Works like new! I had a hard time receiving it from fed ex! That is my only complaint I had to sign for it and my wife and I work so nobody was home so after a week I went to pick it up from fed ex and the sent it with the carrier after I asked them to hold onto it! It was a trip but the phone itself is great!!!

This iPhone came at a time I didn’t want to buy a new phone but my previous one had died. And I searched for option this was by far a great one for the price and it works well. I don’t have any issues and it far exceed my expectations. I didn’t want to put myself in debt for a phone. Do whatever works for you and within your budget and means.

Was a Little skeptical since I’ve never ordered a used phone before! Everything is in perfect condition! I got this phone for my daughter it is her first phone ! She is in love with it! We realize it’s a hassle to sign up with local carriers and be on a contract , we prefer to buy a sim and a pre paid everything worked out and had no issues !! Battery life is a little low but don’t have to recharge at all through the day!

my phone is next to perfect! i found the tiniest scuff near the camera on the back of the phone, but i really had to hunt to find any imperfections at all. battery at 92% and lasts all day with constant use. speaker sounds great. phone calls are clear. very happy with my purchase.

I was really nervous buying this phone at first because of all the bad reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised when I got the phone and it was in perfect condition. Absolutely nothing wrong with the body of the phone, no bumps or scratches. And the battery life was at 97% which really surprised me. I did think the packaging could have been a bit better. Everything inside was loose and shook around a lot. Other than that I’m really happy with my purchase.

I’ll admit I was kinda skeptical about getting a phone from Amazon but I’m so glad I did! Knowing if anything is wrong or I’m not happy with my purchase I can return it. It’s a great phone and I’m glad I made the leap and did it. The batter life came at 89% which isn’t the best but not the worse! There was 1 very small scratch on the back but not noticeable at all. I have had no problems with it and very happy with my purchase

Still excited about my phone, but I am really impressed by the the long battery life. Haven’t tried all of the bells and whistles yet, it does remind me a lot of my Galaxy Note phone.
